as we say goodbye to 2007, lets recap what happened over the wonderful 12 months. here are Yusri's top ten happenings..

10. i got a cool k810i cybershot phone.
9. spent national day at the padang with gf and family.
8. birthday presents from gf were the best. the samsung yp3 and havainas sandals!
7. i finally gained some weight. but a little too much though!
6. finally got into a proper school, and a decent laptop which has served me well!
5. finally having a proper, stable, and comfortable work.
4. my granny moved in to my house! cool laa!
3. winning RP's futsal tournament!
2. this year has saw a rapid increase in amount of karaoke-ing sessions with the gang!

number 1 happening...

3.7 gpa dah dey! how cool is that?! honestly ive never excelled in my studies. and it was a big surprise how i could get this kind of grades. people say that i bootleg the facys and bribed them. hahah... JEALOUS PEEPS. but i think my sem 2 results will pull the overall slightly down. to 3 maybe? ahaha. anyways, education has been my highest priority now, so to achieve something like this is enough to earn it a number 1 spot! hurrayyy!!!

i went to JB wif granny today. i got a decent pair of vans shoes at Larkin. Larkin rocks ok. lol. great food too. i would recommend the Murtabak at the new stall which replaced Marry Brown. i bought the KL bus tickets too! cant wait to go there again. so fun.. haha

lastly, i like to peep at people's sms'es. and otw to Johor, beside me was an american guy. he was typing his message and i looked at the words...

"i am nervous.."

WOOT. i bet he was planning to meet his online malaysian friend in johor. LOL. or was he an illegal immigrant who planned to swim across causeway?

midnight conversations with my granny happen when we both go to sleep. FYI, we sleep in the same room. hehe.. and so she usually tells me stories of her past. this time she told me about ghosts in the kampung days, and even during the flats in Yishun. she saw them flying to another block, and had to be taken to hospital the next day for some reasons. haha..

she also told me about my grandaddy, during the kampung days, late in the nite, he came home drunk, and looked to the skies and sang "bulang mengambaanngg, pak ngahh da baliikk..." his dad woke up from his sleep, disturbed by the noise then shouted, "bulan mengambang puki mak HANG! balik memekak ajo!"

yes it seemed vulgar, but its sooo funn. haha. granny and i laughed at our beds. honestly, i miss my atok.. i wish he would change. but then, the entire family have given up hope on him. but i believe it is still not too late for him to go the right path.

i noticed that my blog never really have all things that happened in life. i calculated, and the percentage of Crap-entries are 50%! scary uh.. its like i have no life and i have nothing to blog about, and so crap-entries come along. GF changed her skin. I WANT TOO. to be honest the blog is too black and i'm not black. HAHA. so yeah. i want a more lively iYuss u know. this is soo emo for a guy like me.

and if u all notice, 95% of guys' blogs are all emo or boring. guys don't have good story-telling stamina, and also lack of interest in reflecting their own lives. they prefer to let it be and look ahead. TRUE? i guess. haha. but not me! i also noticed that girls are also quite lazy to blog sometimes, but when they return, they are like rejuvenated people who've just come back hibernating in the woods.

to more personal matters, i've vowed to use this 3 week holiday to go for some proffesional swimming to turn my fats into GOLD. u know what i mean yeah. HAHA. i find them irritating, i can squeeze them and make iYuss Juice maybe. GF said my metabolism has dropped. AAGGHH. which means i can't really eat like i used to. yeah. ive been eating lesser since then.

i also plan to go KL with the usual Peeps. but there seems to be trouble there, all the mamaks angry with the malays. and the chinese are just eating their favourite chee chiong fun and laughing at those baskets. wooottt. and i need to find a way to my sweaty palms problem. everything i touch seemed to get wet, even my lappy is wet. basket.

and lastly..

to all pilgrims to Mecca, selamat menunaikan ibadah Haji. selamat berjuang dan selamat menjamu selera makan kapal terbang dan juga makanan Arab yah. jangan lupa naik unta yah. Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha..

a good outing with my ever-rockin uncle and mamat's family(herwin is a more glamorous name), together with my cousins n my bro. we went to the cash studio at ming arcade for our karaoke session which lasted 4 hours. FUYO. its been quite a while, and i was so happy to hold the mic. haha.

and then, we missed the last train home, so we walked along orchard rd towards youth park kopitiam to get some dlicious nasi grg. hehe.. and we went back to TAKA and thinking that we had ntg to do, lets just wait for the FIRST train. and so this happens.

OH YEAH! we slept at the steps of TAKA. and no that's not an abandoned baby there, that's just my cute little herwin's ass. hahaha
