me and gf spend saturday playing badminton. yea its gona be a stay-healthy-and-fit saturday from nw on. haha. so we headed to courts at the stadiums, woodlands cc, but all seemed occupied. we even head to RP to find a court. in the end, we played at the road beside RP's carpark!! HAHAHA..

but it was super fun, we trained to not drop the shuttle. she kept giving the shuttles to weird positions where i needed to run! haha.. in the end, my biceps shud be fantastic now. HAHAHAHAH

after that we send a few of her father's food deliveries. hahah. n i was half naked inside the car cos my shirt STINKS!
